Designed Multi-Million Dollar Telecommunications Cabling Network, Design encompassed new cabling systems to support voice/data and CATV services to all Faculty Condos, Executive Homes, Student Apartments, and Dormitories. In addition to the mixed fiber optic cabling, ITS also designed new pathways, Coaxial and CAT 5e Cabling Systems within each type of building

Provided Bid Process Assistance to the University. ITS as agent for the University handled the bid Announcement, Interviews, Job Walks, Q&A's, Submittal Review, and provided a recommendation to the University on who we felt best met the objectives of the University, within the Design Model and Budget.

ITS is currently providing Construction Management Services, overseeing the Contractor, providing written reports to the University Project Committee, and Chairing key Construction Scheduling Meetings.
