"OMSD-16" Project"

Current Status: Completed

1. Designing Telecommunications Infrastructure at 16 school sites to support voice, data (LAN), Bi-directional Video + local CATV Services. This includes the Administrative Areas as well as distribution of these services to the classroom. The Design integrated existing conduits with new to the extent possible.
   
   
2. ITS provided "Bid Process Assistance" for this project. Included in these services is notifying potential bidders to attend the Job Walk, going over plans and specs, site visits with the bidders, handling bidder questions-providing written answers, ultimately reviewing the Bids for compliance, and making a recommendation to the Client for selection.
   
   
3. ITS provided Construction Management Services, overseeing the Contractor, providing written reports to the District, and Chairing key Construction Scheduling Meetings.
