o       NEW CAMPUS DESIGN- Responsible for all Design, Bid Process and Project Management for the new multi-million dollar Drescher Campus currently under construction in the mountain side of the Malibu Campus.

o       LAKESHORE TOWERS, Irvine- Responsible for all Design, Bid Process and Project Management for the new multi-story building currently under construction.
